It's a dual gang, as i said, but has all its pins inline in one row, whereas most that are readily available at component suppliers have a two row configuration. ![]() Secondary woe arises as this pot is super hard to find 1:1 replacement for, so i can't just clip it out. Turns out the pots are an absolute nightmare to get out as they have some ridiculous clips attaching them to the board which are super heavily soldered in and it's next to impossible to remove all the solder with a sucker or soldermop or anything as the solder is everywhere and runs through the board to the other side even. Slightly less loud, but still totally in the way of usage.Next step: i attempted to de-solder the volume pot and monitor pot as they are exactly the same (20k log dual gang), just to do a straight swap. Decided it might benefit from a bit of Deoxit.
